The private transfer on tours for your own group and not shared with others, but is limited to predetermined routes and adhering to specified time slots as agreed upon in the itinerary. This means that although you will have a private transfer, you won't have the freedom to deviate from the planned routes or make unscheduled stops. Instead, you will need to follow the designated itinerary and adhere to the agreed-upon schedule, otherwise surcharge will be applied.
Due to the traffic situation, we will need 2.5 hours for domestic flight and 3.5 hours for the international one.

Today, spend the full day to explore the city highlights including: beautiful Tran Quoc Pagoda located on the shores of West Lake and visit to Ho Chi Minh complex, including Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum – the final resting place of Vietnamese great father or Uncle Ho, President Ho Chi Minh’s stilt house- where he lived on and off from 1958 to 1969. The next place to move to is One Pillar Pagoda – a group of structures consisting of a pagoda and a tower built in the middle of a square lake. Back to downtown for refreshment by Hoan Kiem Lake, visit Hoan Kiem Lake (Restored Sword Lake) with Ngoc Son Temple before taking walking tour through the Old Quarter, also known as the 36 streets, this bustling area of narrow streets is home to literally thousands of small businesses and shopkeepers. It’s a great place to explore with plenty of photo opportunities.

Departure for Ha Long Bay is around 8:00 AM (about 4 hours) from your hotel. Arrive at the port around noon. Welcomed on board, you are taken to your cabin before the trip briefing. You enjoy a fresh and local seafood lunch while cruising to explore the magic Bai Tu Long Bay. Stop for a swim and visit the mysterious cave. Relax at our secluded island-beach. Later you return back to the boat just in time to watch the beautiful sunset from the top deck before enjoying the bay’s freshest seafood dinner. Overnight on the cruise.

Early risers can enjoy the sunrise and the quiet breath-taking beauty of Bay’s landscape with towering limestone. Daily working hours: We work for 8 hours a day starting from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Any activities out of this time frame must be informed to us 1 day before and will occur surcharges.
Daily tour times: Please note that we will stick to the agreed time written above, any changes to the departure times or finishing times must be informed to us the day before departure and we will confirm if these changes are possible.
Your late departure: We suggest you to leave on time everyday so that it won't affect to the sites to see and other activities afterward, if you leave later than the written time;
Your change of activities: If you wish to change the site to visit or other activities, please inform us the day before departure and we will confirm if these changes are possible. Extra charges can be applied to changes (time and activities) such as tour guide and driver are working more than the confirmed details.
Late arrival / flight delayed: If your flight is delayed or changed, please PHONE your travel consultant in charge of your booking (mobile phone) as soon as you have this news from the airlines so that we can adjust the pickup as well as other services accordingly.
If you inform us late and we can not change the services for you, you will have to pay for all the extra services such as the extra pick up.
Unused services: There is no refund or exchange that can be made for unused services not utilized by your tour member or due to your late arrival without proper notice well in advance.
