Accommodation

Check-in time of hotel is normally after 14:00 and check out time before 12:00 pm

Notes: Flights, trains, stay arrangements, sightseeing, adventure activities or similar services will be subject to ideal weather conditions or season period.

Food

If you have any allergies, special requests or if you are on a special diet please let us know well beforehand, we can not cancel / amend the booking within a day.

Private Transfers

The private transfer on tours for your own group and not shared with others, but is limited to predetermined routes and adhering to specified time slots as agreed upon in the itinerary. This means that although you will have a private transfer, you won't have the freedom to deviate from the planned routes or make unscheduled stops. Instead, you will need to follow the designated itinerary and adhere to the agreed-upon schedule, otherwise surcharge will be applied.

Airport transfer time

Due to the traffic situation, we will need 2.5 hours for domestic flight and 3.5 hours for the international one.

Documents Note

Screenshots of identity proof and payment receipt are required in order for the confirmation letter to be released.
Guests are advised to read the confirmation voucher carefully and approve it within 24 hours of issuance. Any errors/changes shall not be entertained afterwards.
Kindly carry Confirmation Voucher, ID Proof, Volvo Tickets, Flight Tickets, Permits, Visa, Passport etc. depending upon the package type, destination and inclusions. These documents are mandatory during check-in/check- out procedures.
Few adventure activities may require you to sign an ‘Indemnity Bond’. In such scenarios, Leisure Club Holidays will not hold any liabilities.
Please note that you are responsible for your personal belongings, we are not responsible for any loss or damage happening during the tour with us.

Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive Srinagar - Local.

On arrival at the Srinagar Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative who will assist and escort you to your waiting vehicle. From the airport it is a 50 minutes drive through the heart of New Srinagar city. The drive takes you past the Abdullah bridge which connects the banks of the Jhelum river, snaking its way towards the North-Western frontier of Kashmir. Arrive and check in at Hotel, later visit Srinagar city tour which include the Mughal Gardens, visiting Tulip Garden( Asia's Largest Tulip Garden), Nishat Bagh built by Asaf Khan, the brother -in- law of Jehangir in 1632 AD, and Shalimar Bagh built by Jehangir for his wife empress Nur Jahan. Built in between a period of 14 years the two gardens are a heritage left behind by the erstwhile Mughals, whose taste for laying exquisite gardens was fascinating. All the gardens are situated on the banks of Dal Lake with the Zabarwan hills in the background. Overnight stay at Srinagar Hotel.

Day 02: Srinagar - Sonamarg - Srinagar.

After breakfast, proceed to Sonmarg, arrive at Sonmarg which is one of the most beautiful drives from Srinagar. Sonmarg, also called Meadow of Gold, is located at a height of 2690 meters. You may take a pony ride (at your own cost) to Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains round the year. Overnight stay at Hotel in Srinagar.

Day 03: Srinagar - Gulmarg.

After breakfast check out from the hotel & drive to Gulmarg(Meadow of Flowers) 2730 mts. above the sea level. The drive past colourful villages and rice fields, gives you an insight of the rich cultural past of Kashmir. We arrive at a small picturesque market town of Tangmarg and drive ahead on a scenic drive of 14 kilometers to Gulmarg. Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world and the highest golf course with 18 holes. If weather permits one can also have the view of Nanga Parbat, the naked mountain that is over 26,000 feets and dominates the entire region,Arrive in Gulmarg early in the afternoon and check in at the hotel. Later we will begin a short tour around the meadow familiarising ourselves with the beauty. In Gulmarg we will board the Gondola cable car system, and ascend towards the Afarwatt Mountain range. The 08 minutes of ropeway will take you past colourful shepherd hutments to the lower ridge of the Afarwat peak. From here you can click lots of photos of the nearby mountain ranges that stand tall like sentinels guarding the rich natural beauty of Kashmir valley. We descend back to Gulmarg base after an hour or so and later do some horse-riding to the strawberry valley.Rest of the day free at leisure for individual activities. Overnight stay at Gulmarg.

Day 04: Gulmarg - Pahalgam.

After breakfast check out from the hotel & drive towards Pahalgam on the National Highway 1A. This road connects the Valley to the rest of the country. We drive past the saffron fields of Pampore, the marvellous ruins of Avantipura and the village of Bijbehara which remains famous as the bread basket of Kashmir. You can even sample a few exotic breads sold by vendors near the road. We switch to the national highway at Khanabal and drive through the second largest city of Anantnag. From here the road turns scenic as we drive parallel on the Lidder river flowing from the opposite direction. Arrive Pahalgam and check in at the hotel and later do some nature walks to unwind ourselves. Overnight stay at Pahalgam.

Day 05: Pahalgam Local Sightseeing + Srinagar

After breakfast, visit Pahalgam (the valley of shepherds). Walk along pony trails with a magnificent view of the mountains, and can go to Chandanwadi (at own cost), village aru (at own cost) and others Sightseeing, evening return to Srinagar House-Boat. Later visit Floating Market, Meena Bazar,Nehru Garden by Shikara.Dinner & overnight stay Srinagar House-Boat.

Day 06: Srinagar Departure.

After breakfast, proceed to the Airport and return home with wonderful memories of your holiday.

Sightseeing

Arrive Srinagar

All the gardens are situated on the banks of Dal Lake with the Zabarwan hills in the background. Overnight stay at Srinagar Hotel

Sonamarg

Airfare & Seasonal Information

Airfare is flexible and subject to availability; final fares will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Rates may vary during festivals or peak seasons (New Year, Holi, Diwali, long weekends, etc.).
Christmas & New Year Gala Dinner charges apply as per hotel policies.
Similar hotels will be provided if selected hotels are unavailable, under maintenance, or facing service issues.
Guests must follow Covid 19 safety protocols during travel.

Costing Notes

Any changes, upgrades, or add ons may attract additional costs.
Hotels may charge extra for amenities (spa, gym, disco, mini bar, room heater, etc.).
Children below 2 years stay free in a parent’s room (without extra bed/meals).
Milk/meal charges for infants are payable directly at the hotel.
Children (3–11 years) and adults (above 11 years) incur extra costs as per company policy.
Adventure activities are at guests’ own expense and subject to weather/government regulations.
Vehicles are provided as per itinerary; off route or extra usage will incur charges.
No refunds for missed or unused services (meals, transfers, sightseeing, permits, etc.).
Guests are responsible for penalties caused by damage, misconduct, or prohibited activities.
Extra costs may apply due to natural calamities, political disturbances, or government orders.
Discounts/freebies are time bound; regular rates apply after cut off dates.

General Policies

All packages are customizable except fixed departures.
Written communication is mandatory; verbal discussions are not binding.
Services provided will be as per the booking voucher & decided itinerary.
Base category rooms are reserved unless specified otherwise.
Meal and transfer timings must be followed as instructed.

Tour Package Policies

Services (flights, trains, stays, sightseeing, activities) depend on weather/seasonal conditions.
Complimentary services cannot be claimed in cash or alternatives.
No shows or unveiled services are non refundable.
Facilities in remote destinations may be basic compared to developed tourist hubs.
Leisure Club Holidays is not liable for delays/cancellations due to traffic, strikes, disasters, or unforeseen events.
Complaints must be raised within 7 days of tour completion.

Transfer Guidelines

Private Transfers:
- Complimentary waiting time is limited to 10 minutes at hotels or city pick up points.
- For airport arrivals, waiting time is restricted to 01 hour after flight landing.
- Guests must be punctual; vehicles will depart after the waiting period.
- Any additional waiting time or off route usage will incur extra charges.
- Luggage allowance is limited to one standard suitcase and one hand baggage per person.
Airport Transfers:
- Arrival transfers include a maximum waiting time of 1 hour after flight landing.
- Guests are responsible for timely arrival to ensure smooth transition.
SIC (Seat in Coach) Transfers:
- Operate on a shared basis with other travelers.
- Pick up and drop off points are fixed and cannot be altered.
- Guests must be present at the designated location on time; vehicles will not wait beyond the scheduled departure.
- Delays or missed transfers due to late arrival will be considered a no show and are non refundable.
- Luggage allowance is limited to one standard suitcase and one hand baggage per person.
Private Disposal Transfers:
- Vehicles are provided exclusively for your use during the specified duration.
- Disposal transfers are charged on a per day or per hour basis or specific sightseeing as per booking.
- Usage beyond the agreed time or route will incur additional charges.
- Drivers follow the itinerary; off route diversions must be pre approved and may attract extra costs.
- Unused hours or services are non refundable.

Hotel Accommodation Policies

Check In/Check Out :
- Standard check in time is 15:00 hrs and check out time is 10:00 hrs, unless otherwise specified by the hotel.
- Early check in and late check out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Room Allocation :
- Packages include base category rooms unless otherwise specified.
- Room upgrades are subject to availability and additional cost.
- Triple sharing rooms may include an extra mattress/roll away bed as per hotel policy.
Children & Extra Beds :
- Children below 2 years stay free in a parent’s room without extra bed/meals.
- Children aged 3–11 years and adults above 11 years are charged extra as per hotel/company policy.
- Milk/meal charges for infants are payable directly at the hotel.
Meal Policies :
- Meal timings must be followed as per hotel instructions.
- Packages booked with meal plans include a fixed menu (buffet or room service).
- Special dietary requests are subject to hotel availability and may incur extra charges.
- The restaurant will not provide packaged drinking water during mealtime. Normal water will be provided sometimes.
Amenities & Facilities :
- In compliance with new government regulations, hotels will no longer provide plastic water bottles or toiletries. Guests are encouraged to bring their own essentials.
- Use of facilities such as spa, gym, disco, games room, or mini bar may attract additional charges.
- Room heater, telephone bills, and other personal expenses are not included in package cost.
Security Deposit :
- A refundable security deposit may be required upon check in, as per individual hotel policies.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

Documentation

Identity proof and payment receipt screenshots are required for confirmation.
Guests must verify vouchers within 24 hours of issuance.
Carry all necessary documents (voucher, ID, tickets, permits, visa, passport, etc.).
Adventure activities may require signing indemnity bonds. In such scenarios, Leisure Club Holidays will not hold any liabilities.

Payment Policy

50% advance required to confirm booking; balance 50% due 30 days before arrival.
For premium hotels, international packages, Andaman, train/flight bookings: 100% advance required.
Rate of exchange will be considered at the time of final payment.
Bank transfer (foreign remittance transaction) charges will applicable at the time remittance.

Pricing Basis: Rates are calculated per person, based on twin sharing in base category rooms.
Seasonal Variations: Prices may increase during peak travel periods (festivals, summer vacations, long weekends).
Inclusions: Accommodation, meals as per plan, transfers, and sightseeing as per itinerary.
Exclusions: Airfare, personal expenses, porterage, and optional adventure activities unless specified.
Customization: Guests may upgrade hotels, transport, or add experiences at additional cost.

International Travel Packages

Destinations: Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia, and other global locations.
Currency & Payment: All packages are priced in INR for ease of booking; GST and applicable surcharges are included.
Inclusions: Visa assistance, airport transfers, guided sightseeing, and accommodation.
Airfare: Excluded unless explicitly mentioned in the package.
Flexibility: Guests may choose between SIC (Seat in Coach), private transfers, or disposal vehicles, each priced differently.

Group Tours

Shared Services: SIC transfers, group sightseeing, and shared accommodations reduce overall costs.
Discounts: Special rates may apply for larger groups, subject to booking deadlines and availability.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be communicated in writing.
Token/advance amounts are non refundable.
Cancellation before 30 days: 25% of package cost + GST deducted.
Cancellation within 30–1 days or no show: 100% charges apply.
No refunds for missed flights, trains, hotel stays, meals, or sightseeing.
Leisure Club Holidays reserves the right to cancel bookings due to insufficient advance payment.
Services will be stopped immediately if clients engage in illegal or violent behaviour.

Refund Policy

All cancellations must be communicated in writing.
Token/advance/booking amounts are non refundable.
No refunds for missed flights, trains, hotel stays, meals, or sightseeing.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed after deducting actual charges and may take several business days.
Force majeure situations: Non encashable credit notes may be issued for future travel.

Force Majeure Situations

Tours may be cancelled/rescheduled due to uncontrollable factors (natural disasters, strikes, airline changes, etc.).
Non encashable credit notes may be issued after deducting actual charges.
Guests may join the next available tour date, subject to additional costs.
No refund entertains , only credit note. Exceptional case refunds depend on supplier/airline policies.

Prepone/Postpone Policy

Amendments must be requested in writing at least 30 days before travel.
Changes attract 25% of package cost; within 30 days, changes are not accepted (except force majeure).
Postponed packages valid for 1 year from booking date.
Policies for premium hotels depend on respective hotel rules.
